I am beginning to prepare myself for a late baby. 3 days until her due date and she is still hanging on. I'm dilated, effaced, and ready to go any second. But have been for two weeks now and still nothing. With all the contractions I've had this pregnancy they kept telling me she'd never make it all the way to 40 weeks. Well, she's proving them wrong! Apparently she enjoys the contractions and doesn't feel like leaving. She must be stubborn like her mother, we're in trouble!
I think once you reach the point where you can barely walk anymore, that's when it's time for the baby to come. That would be YESTERDAY! I bet she's just waiting for the Giants to make it to the World Series and then she'll come during one of the games :)

Ditto to Donna's comment! Just remember what a gift it is to be pregnant (even if you can't walk).

Totally. I just wish my doctor hadn't gotten it in my head that she'd be early!! Such a cruel joke.
Ha ha at this point you're going to have a November baby!! I bet you can't wait to get your hands on her. Can't wait for her to arrive!
