14 Weeks

By all calendars, I am now officially in the 2nd trimester.

Utah Visit

Just got back from a week at my sister's in Utah. Beth had her 4th boy last month, little Evan. Becca also happened to come to town and our visits overlapped by a few days. Her little girl, Laura, is 3 weeks older than Evan. Robb's kid is a few months older.

The word is out, Steve and I are expecting in October!

Kite Flying

The weather was so nice last weekend, we decided to go to our neighborhood park and fly a kite. We had a lot of fun. Blackjack did too, except in the beginning when the kite was on the ground, apparently he thought it was going to eat him.

Giants Spring Training in Arizona

Steve and I took a trip to Arizona a week or two ago to see friends, soak up the warm sun, and take in a few Giants Spring Training games. Somehow, the only pictures we came away with were from the games.

My old co-worker, Mer, met us there with her husband and his friend. You know how it works at these games, especially when you have lawn seats. You end up talking the whole time. In all honesty, I think I saw only two plays the entire game! When I start to hear loud cheering I look up, just in time to see the homerun.
